Iron Heroes Locura Workout

Get ready to test your limits with our dynamic group workout inspired by the heroes who keep us safe. This workout can be modified for all fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can participate and push their limits!!!

**Participants have the option to participate in bunker gear, gas masks, or weight vests, adding an extra layer of challenge and authenticity to the experience. The workout will incorporate functional movements and high-intensity exercises that mirror the physical demands faced by first responders in the line of duty.

After the workout stay and hang out! We will have a DJ, IV Infusion Services, Vitamin Shots, yummy food, and more!!!
