Each Saturday we gather as a community of men and women, young and old, to push through a challenging workout and dive into God’s Word together. Every session is designed for all fitness levels, with scalable exercises that meet you right where you are.
Expect sweat, Scripture, and a brotherhood/sisterhood that sharpens and lifts each other up. As Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
