IRL Singles Social: Summer in the Park is a new kind of singles event for people who are ready to meet offline in a more grounded, playful, and human way.

Hosted as part of the Rest & Reset community, this evening is designed to help you move beyond the usual awkward small talk and into more present, comfortable connection.

We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation to help you settle into your body, soften some of the nerves that can come with meeting new people, and arrive more fully in the moment. The intention is simple: when we feel a little more grounded, we often feel a little more free to be ourselves.

From there, we’ll open with a light group question to help everyone ease into the space together. No pressure. No intense sharing. Just a gentle way to go from “a group of strangers” to “a group of people who have shared a moment together.”

The rest of the evening will be open, playful, and social. You can wander between cozy conversation areas with blankets, pillows, and conversation cards, lawn games like ring toss and glow-in-the-dark lawn darts, light refreshments, music, and space to connect naturally.

This is not speed dating. This is not a networking event. And this is definitely not another night of swiping from your couch.

It’s a summer evening in the park with music, soft lights, playful energy, and the possibility of meeting someone in real life.

Come as you are. Bring your curiosity. Let yourself be a little brave.
