Irish Summer (and Scottish, too) at Blue Strawberry

Blue Strawberry is really fortunate to attract an outstanding group of Irish and Scottish musicians and bands for shows this summer. Longtime standout of Trad Irish music with some of the most beautiful voices and harmonies anywhere; the next gen that uses trad as a base to create and explore contemporary melodies and rhythms; widely recognized folk powerhouses; a breakout traditional music girl-band; the most famous Highland Piper in the world and the next gen of Uillean pipers.
“It’s an embarrassment of riches,” says Jim Dolan of Blue Strawberry, “to have all these great Irish and Scottish singers, players and bands coming to our listening room in St. Louis.
There will be some changes to the menu and the drink list for these summer nights, favoring the tastes of the country of our visitors. More to be announced.
