Irish Soda Bread Contest

Traditional Irish Soda Bread Competition. Three categories: WHITE Soda Bread: Ingredients restricted to Buttermilk, Bread Soda, flour and salt. BROWN Soda Bread: Buttermilk, Bread Soda, Flour and salt , GLORIFIED Soda Bread: No ingredient restrictions but it must be Soda Bread, not a Cake. No professional bakers allowed. Free entry. Email : [email protected] to request an application form or arrive with your bread and complete the application form at the venue. Bread entries will begin at 12pm .
