Mondays 20:30- 21:15. Kr 1000,- 7 weeks, starting 31st of August.

This introduction class is suited for dancers with no dance experience, dancers who has tried Irish dance one or twice (or has other dance experience) and for dancers who has attended a previous 7 week beginner introduction class.
During the 7 week course we will work thoroughly with technique, rhythm and basic steps, so this is a great way to find out if Irish dance is for you (which it is ;) and to lay a solid foundation for future dancing and dance progress!
And you will get a proper, but fun, workout too! ;)
- We recommend comfortable cloths.
- Footwear: indoors trainers, dance sneakers, ballet slippers etc or ordinary socks. No outdoor shoes.
- You'll find us 5 min from Majorstuen t-bane at Arboes gate 2 C, one floor down. Ring the "B - doorbell" if the door is locked
Throughout the semester you can join dance activities like Pub-takeover and St. Patrick's Day celebrations, so don't hesitate, come and join the Sound - Irish Dance Family! ☘ 🧡
