Irene Phillips is an acoustic cover artist currently based in Chicago, IL. Growing up in Milwaukee, she was always a singer, but decided to take up guitar during 2020. She graduated with her BA in Theatre from Loyola University Chicago in 2023 and decided to start performing live music to continue that creative outlet. It was in live music she found her true passion! Covering songs from multiple eras and genres, Irene has often been inspired by the great singer/songwriters: ranging from Joni Mitchell, to Carole King, to Taylor Swift. With her midwestern roots and pure love for performing, she hopes to bring audiences of all generations joy through her music. @irenephillipsmusic
