ABOUT THE EVENT
Your photos are often your brand’s first impression. Let’s make them count.
If your images don’t reflect how great your business really is, you’re not alone—and this workshop is for you.

DESCRIPTION
Join us for a live, hands-on photography experience led by nationally recognized photographer David Valdez, created specifically for Georgetown business owners who want to elevate their brand and show up with confidence online.
This is not a sit-and-listen class. You’ll be learning by doing.
📱 Bring your iPhone, because we’re heading outside.
We’ll start on the historic Georgetown courthouse steps, where David will guide you through simple, practical techniques to improve:
• Lighting
• Composition
• Framing
• Real-world shooting techniques
• iPhone tips & tricks
Then we’ll walk the Square together, capturing photos in real time so you can immediately apply what you’re learning.
Afterward, we’ll head over to Mesquite Creek Outfitters (MCO) where you’ll:
• Review the photos you took
• Learn how to choose your strongest images
• See how small adjustments can elevate your visual presence
You’ll walk away with photos you can actually use—and the confidence to keep creating.
✨ This is a free, 90-minute workshop hosted by BeLocal Georgetown as part of our mission to support and strengthen our local business community.
Spots are limited to keep this interactive, so be sure to RSVP.
