IP Startup Journey

A Bugnion event designed for teams preparing to launch a startup and early-stage startups taking their first steps, who want to understand, without heavy technical jargon and with a touch of humor, how intellectual property can truly influence a startup’s growth journey.

In the late afternoon, at our Milan office, you will take part in an interactive experience: a narrative quiz that retraces the most typical stages of a startup’s life, from the birth of the idea to a potential exit. Through realistic scenarios, strategic decisions, and a few fun moments, we will explore the points where patents, trademarks, software, and know-how can make a real difference, or create problems if overlooked.

The goal is to address, in a dynamic and participatory way, topics that often generate confusion among founders, showing how IP can become a practical tool to protect innovation, strengthen the project, and increase its value.

After the quiz, there will be a networking aperitif, an opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, and connect with other teams and Bugnion consultants in an informal setting.
