Iowa AEYC 2025 Spring Institute Exhibitor Registration

The Spring Institute is a great opportunity to share your products with early childhood professionals from across the state. Iowa AEYC will review all registrations received and send confirmation of acceptance to the designated representative of the organization.

Note: We will only be doing one table per exhibitor for the Spring Institute.

Lunches: Paying exhibitors receive one free lunch per day. If you wish to order additional lunches, you can request them on this exhibitor registration form. The cost of an additional lunch is $35/day and due at time of registration.

Included in registration:

1. ONE table with black table cloth
2. Two chairs
3. Waste Basket
4. Power Strip (If requested in registration)

Exhibiting time for both days:
6:00 am - 7:30 am - Set up time
7:30 am - 1:30 pm - Exhibit Booth open to attendees

Hotel room: You may follow this link to rent a hotel room at a discount if staying over night.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, partial refunds can be made if cancellation notice is received via email to [email protected] by April 24, 2025 at 5:00 pm. After April 24, absolutely no refunds will be given along with no extra meals purchased will be refunded and all registered exhibitors must pay registration fees.
