IOSH Bristol and West Community - Legal update
About this Event
2027 looks set to be another interesting year for our community and, to kick-start the year after the Christmas break, we are delighted to welcome back two of our most popular speakers.
Our local health and safety solicitors will provide a unique insight into legal cases from across the region over the past 12 months, along with their views on the key priorities and challenges likely to shape the year ahead.
This is an excellent opportunity to hear first-hand about legal action within our community area, including the types of cases, workplaces and incidents that have led to enforcement action and prosecutions. You'll gain a practical understanding of recent cases and explore how enforcement agencies are approaching health and safety matters.
Whether you work in health and safety, operational management, compliance or organisational leadership, this session will provide valuable insight to help you strengthen occupational safety and health management within your organisation.
There will also be opportunities to ask questions and discuss topics relevant to your role. As always, we can expect an interesting and informative look at where our local legal beagles have been involved throughout the year.
