Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) is a required course for Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters working toward their position-specific training. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to strengthen your confidence and skills in delivering the promise of the Scouts BSA outdoor program.
