INWES Europe x NMITE Unconference 2025

The International Network of Women Engineers and Scientists (INWES) European Regional Network (INWES Europe), in partnership with NMITE (New Model Institute for Technology and Engineering), is convening a two-day regional conference to bring together women in STEM from across Europe. This gathering will offer a platform for professional development, policy dialogue, and long-term visioning for the INWES network.

What is an unconference? An unconference is an unstructured conference, with a loosely planned (or completely unplanned) agenda which is led by delegates. We are however proposing an initial theme to help us get started. Delegates will be asked to participate to shape the event as we progress through the two days. If you want to initiate a discussion, tell us!

Hosted in the innovative educational setting of NMITE, the unconference will feature invited talks, workshops and collaborative sessions. The first day of the event will be "Setting the Vision"; on the second day we will be "Shaping the Future Together".
