Autumn is finally here and the dark queen is descending to her throne. On this evening we will work with the goddess Persephone as Queen of the Underworld and her consort, Hades. We will begin with a brief summary of the myth between Hades and Persephone, the symbolism of her mantle, and how witches work with her.�We will then invoke the goddess herself, if she permits to join us, in a ritual of darkness. In this rite, Persephone will take that which you wish to keep hidden and bring it down to the Underworld with her for safekeeping.
