About this Event
The Belfast Local Community Action Plan has recently launched a project supporting faith and belief groups across our city. The Interfaith and Belief Project aims to provide opportunities for each tradition to present their own perspective positively, while also building understanding and stronger relationships between – and towards – the many faith and belief communities that make up Belfast.
We would like to invite you to a face to face workshop for Stream 2 of the Project: Unity and Peace Welcoming Programme. This stream aims to increase awareness of the physical, human and community assets within faith and belief organisations across Belfast.
We need lots of participants to help us build this programme!
Please come join us at First Presbyterian Church, 41 Rosemary Street, Belfast, BT1 1QB for an engaging and interactive workshop where you will have the exciting opportunity to give your input and help us design the programme for you and your community.
If you are cannot attend in person, then please join us by the provided Zoom link in your ticket for the session.
For further info, please see our Participant Information Pack or contact Peter Tate, Interfaith & Beliefs Programme Manager [email protected].
We welcome people who live, work or regularly worship in Belfast City.
Together, we can help our City develop better understanding of difference, address sectarianism and racism, and embrace diversity! If you are not a person of faith, then there are also opportunities.
We look forward to seeing you there!
The Belfast Local Community Action Plan is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
