Invitation to 20th Annual Clayton Park Community BBQ

Hello everyone,
Once again, we have been invited to participate in the annual Friends of Clayton Park BBQ. This is a fun event attended by neighbours, politicians, other dignitaries, local businesses and associations like ours. It is a good place to represent our association and to try to recruit members.
Place: Veterans Corner (Parkland Dr and Langbrae)
Day: July 26
Time: 4-6 pm
If you are able to attend, please do.
We would especially like some help setting up and tearing down. We will have to make a run to the storage unit to collect materials and then put them away. I could use help doing that, please let me know if you can help.
