Following the 15-minute video will be a panel discussion that includes Helen Ursery-Binion, who is the daughter of Rosemary Sanders; Marvin Curtis, Ed.D.; Justus Zimmerman, Executive Director of the South Bend Symphony Orchestra; and Kristie Erickson, Deputy Executive Director of The History Museum. The exhibit Invisible Player will be on view. Self-guided tours of the Worker’s Home, now interpreted as the home of a 1950s African American family, will be available from 6:15 to 6:45 p.m.
Admission is $5/general; $3/members. Reservations are required by October 14.
