About this Event
Invisible Impact: Release Hidden Emotions Through Meditation, Art & Yoga
Join us in person for a unique journey where you'll tap into your inner world! Experience the power of meditation, art, and yoga all in one session designed to help you release hidden emotions and find true balance. Whether you're a beginner or pro, it's a chill space to explore your feelings and connect with yourself and others. Don’t miss out on this soulful escape!
Invisible Impact is a gentle, immersive workshop designed to help you explore and release the emotions that often go unnoticed—but deeply affect your body, mind, and nervous system.
Through guided meditation, you’ll be invited to connect with a difficult emotion you’ve been carrying. Using wax crayons and watercolor, you’ll then move that emotion out of the body and onto paper, allowing what’s been hidden to be expressed and transformed. The experience concludes with grounding yoga to integrate, regulate, and restore a sense of balance and ease.
No art or yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to show up as you are. This workshop offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself through creative expression and mindful movement.

Info: Participants gently notice where emotions are felt in the body, then translate those sensations into simple marks on paper. Instead of trying to draw something “good,” they experiment with movement, pressure, and rhythm to discover which marks feel most aligned or relieving for each emotion. The focus is on expression and sensation, not outcome.
