About Sanjay

Sanjay has touched a variety of lives with his teachings. He began his studies at the Gurukula Kangri University in 1993, receiving his M.A. in Yoga and Naturopathy in 1998 and his PhD in Yoga Philosophy in 2003.

Working in places such as the NY Presbyterian Hospital, the Dept of P.E./Sports at the University of Patiala Punjab, and the Akanksha Institute for Children with Special Needs, he has shared his passion for yoga with all kinds of people from athletes to the elderly. With over 30 years of experience, Sanjay has committed his life to sharing the many facets and benefits of yoga to all who wish to learn.
