Invictus Gymnastics Seminar - San Diego

Welcome!

I'm so very excited to be hosting the first Invictus Gymnastics Seminar in over 17 months, and at my second home, Invictus San Diego!

This one day event will consist of heaps of drills for athletes of ALL levels and ages, so whether you are trying to get comfortable getting upside down in a handstand for your first time or you are trying to build volume in your ring muscle-ups, this will be well suited for you and your friends!

We will be working on static handstand and handstand walk, strict and kipping ring muscle-up, kipping and butterfly pull-ups, bar muscle-ups, and we may be able to squeeze in some time for special requests :-) The instruction will take you from the very novice level all the way to how to build volume with the completed movements.

Though some of you might think that you "aren't good enough" to be joining a seminar like this, THINK AGAIN! The path to your goals, if not clear on how to get there, will take a very long time to reach. But, if you have a clear understanding of the progressions and fundamental principles of the gymnastics movements you are looking to learn, then even after the event you will be prepared to work toward your goals with the knowledge you gain from the day. This, in fact, is exactly why coaches love coming to our seminars, as it gives them an opportunity to break movements down to small and relevant steps to better serve their athletes and clients!

The evening prior to the event I will also be providing food at the gym, so we can all just hangout and meet each other. Some of us haven't been able to travel much (or at all) and I thought that offering an evening of casual conversation and food would be a good way to kick the corona jitters before the full day's work!

I am VERY excited to see your faces in person, and so super pumped to share all the newest drills and concepts that I have been working on so much this past crazy year!!
