For Veterans Health Week a yoga class outdoors with David and Felicity is a great way to promote physical and mental well-being while enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat or a towel works well if you don't have a mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Afterwards stay for light refreshments, and to ask any questions. David and Felicity run a regular weekly class on Tuesday evenings at Gungahlin.
