Investor Dinner Club is a private monthly dining experience designed to bring together a small group of serious real estate investors and accredited professionals. With just 6–8 carefully selected members at each dinner, the focus is on meaningful conversations, authentic relationships, and the kind of connections that lead to future partnerships and opportunities.

Joshua Odmark is a real estate investor, Realtor, acquisition & market analyst, and hospitality entrepreneur with a background in executive hospitality and investor relations.
Over the past year, he has helped place more than $30 million of investor capital into short-term rental and hospitality assets nationwide. Today, he and his team are focused on acquiring boutique hotels, resorts, and wellness-focused hospitality assets while helping investors identify high-performing opportunities.
With a career built around hospitality, Josh brings a unique perspective to real estate—combining market analysis and investment fundamentals with a deep understanding of how thoughtful design, operations, and guest experience create lasting value.
Outside of real estate, Josh enjoys skiing, photography, music production, DJing, and staying active. He believes the best opportunities are created by staying curious, building relationships, and constantly looking for ways to improve.
