INVERSION WORKSHOP WITH CAT MEFFAN

This workshop is for people who already have a regular yoga/movement practice, but are not inversion pros. You do not need to be able to do all of these inversions (or any!), but an understanding of your body and your yoga practice would be ideal.

We'll work through drills, strength, partner work, supporting each other, and most of all we'll be breaking down the limitations of fear and having FUN!

If you've been working towards your headstands, forearmstands and handstands, this is the workshop for you.

WHAT TO KNOW AND BRING:

• Please arrive at 9:30am, ready to start the workshop at 9:45am. There will be no access to the space until 9:30am.
• You will need to bring water and snacks if you know you'll need them. Basic mats and block will be available but if you prefer to use you're own, you're welcome to do so.
• 48 hours before the event you will be sent a waiver to sign. You have to sign this to take part in the workshop.
• Please note that this is NOT a workshop for advanced handbalancers or inversion workers.
• REFUND POLICY - Strictly no refunds within 7 days of the workshop.
