WHAT TO EXPECT:
We begin with a full yoga asana practiced designed to prepare the body for our inversion exploration, with explanation as to WHY we are here. This leads into discovering the building blocks and mechanics of handstand, headstands and forearm stands in the IYENGAR and ASHTANGA lineage of yoga asana. We touch on the philosophy of these positions from the Yoga sutras and close with a juicy savasana with crystal bowl sound emmersion.
