It's time for another workshop! This time an Inversion Clinic! In this 4 week series we will dissect foundations for strong straddle, hipkey, and ball inversions. This workshop will be a toolbox packed with conditioning and drills that will take your inversions to the next level. This workshop is ideal for anyone working towards better inversions, but especially beginners. Must be able to hold straight arm hang and shoulder lock off for 10 seconds.
