Celebrate National Invasive Species Awareness Week!
Join UF/IFAS Extension Hillsborough County Urban Forestry Agent, Alyssa Vinson for a presentation about invasive plant species and give back to your urban forest by removing some of the invasive plants at Lettuce Lake Park. Be prepared to walk with closed toed shoes, water, hat etc. Snacks and learning materials provided.
A map will be emailed to you the day prior with the exact meeting location. The park entrance fee will be paid by UF/IFAS Extension Hillsborough County, let the park attendant know that you are one of the registered attendees.
