inU x OSCURA lands at Digital Nightclub, Newcastle on 6th June, delivering a night of forward-thinking house and techno, anchored by two artists whose names are deeply woven into the fabric of electronic music culture.
Patrice Bäumel, an artist whose sound has become synonymous with depth, tension, and emotional precision. Patice Bäumel rose to prominence through releases on labels such as Kompakt and Afterlife, where his hypnotic, melodic approach found a global audience. His Global Underground album marked a defining moment in his career - a nuanced, slow-burning mix that showcased his ability to balance restraint with power, atmosphere with propulsion.
