Your body produces absolute magic when your movement, voice, and energy comes from a deeply rooted connection to the Earth. It is also frustratingly easy to forget this rooted way of being in our modern world of cars, jobs and ambition.
Come experience the wildness of unleashed human bodies that happens when a room full of souls remembers this birth-right way of being.
Juliette Normandin & Backpack Jesus will guide us into intuitive movement and contact improv that both grounds us into primal connection with the Earth and with each other. We'll find your anchors and break our chains together.
The intuitive movement warmup will be followed by an Ecstatic Dance accompanied by a crew of excellent live musicians.
