8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Welcome Ceremony

Begin the day with a grounding session, breathing together to settle into the space.

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Call in the Sacred Feminine

Engage in breathing exercises, join hands, and participate in a short meditation and energetic body movement to honor the sacred feminine within.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Energy Protection and Clearing

Learn about energy protection and clearing, followed by a journaling exercise to reflect on the process.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Share Circle

Each participant will have the opportunity to share their personal journey while holding space for one another.

12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch and Walk (light lunch provided)

Enjoy a nourishing lunch and take a personal walk to reflect and rejuvenate.

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Somatic Exercises

Participate in gentle somatic touch sessions to promote relaxation and body awareness.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Breathwork and Loving-Kindness Meditation

Engage in breathwork exercises and a loving-kindness meditation to foster self-compassion and inner peace.

4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Closing Circle and Gratitude Ceremony

End the day with a closing circle and gratitude ceremony, expressing thanks for the experiences shared.
