We are excited to announce Intuitive Body Workshop: Dance Movement Therapy on Saturday, 11 January 2025 from 5 pm to 7 pm. While many people are familiar with the term Dance Movement Therapy, not everyone fully grasps its profound depth and potential. Approaching Dance Movement Therapy with a calm and open mindset reveals its transformative power. Listen to the intelligent, intuitive and insightful whispers of your own body. Through a series of somatic practices I.e. body related practices, you will develop deep listening to the small and big cues that our body gives us on a consistent basis. This workshop will enhance your dialogue with your body - to gain more awareness, sensitivity and perception of the sensations within the body. This is a highly effective tool for trauma recovery and has deep mental health benefits. Our bodies are a lot more intelligent than we give it credit for.
