A Spring Equinox Dance Ritual at Move Studio~ Light & Dark. This will be a deep dive. We will come together in Community to dance in Sacred Ritual, to Embody Prayer, and Be in Ceremony.
On the day when light & dark are in equal power we will call more of our power back to us. This is an offering for those of you that want to embody more of your unique authenticity and shine more brightly and honestly who you truly are.
Celebrate your wholeness, allow more parts of yourself to be revealed in the darkness & more of your light to shine. This is a space to let go of what has been holding you back, as well as nurture and embrace more of who you are & what you want to create.
This will be a deep dive. A Dance. A Ritual. A Prayer. A Ceremony.
Please bring:
A water bottle. Comfortable clothes for moving/layers for warming up and cooling down.
*An item for the altar~ a symbol that represents something you are letting go of &/or a symbol that represents something you want to create/deepen in your life.
