Intuit Stroll: A Parent + Kiddo Walk (FREE event)

Join us for a gentle, trauma-informed walking event designed to support new parents in all stages of postpartum and parenthood. This inclusive gathering welcomes families of all types and birth experiences, providing a low pressure environment for moving our bodies, connecting with nature, and building a supportive community to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.

We start the walk at our headquarters, Intuit Healing and follow an easy to navigate trail looping back where we started. Joining the walk will be owner Cameron Lacy and PsyD Mary Jennings with their children. The point of this monthly stroll is to chat, ask questions, or say nothing at all and enjoy a quiet walk. Think of this as our open house, but instead an “open walk.” We are here to support you!
Where: Intuit Healing- walk to nearby park for the kiddos/606 trail if we are all feeling confident!
When: 9:30 am so we can work with those nap times, 90 minute stroll in total - leave when you have to!
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water, a blanket or mat for resting, any baby gear you may need, and SNACKS for your bb!
