Start from the beginning! This class offers you the opportunity to enjoy the art of dancing ballet. You'll learn technique of the movements, proper posture, ballet language, balancing. Watch your progress as your strength and flexibility increases, and your balance improves. So many more benefits from ballet!!This class will run Wednesday mornings @ 9:30am-10:30am June, July and August.
