Introductory Talk on the Art of Ascensions as taught by the Ishayas

Join us for a talk about the ancient teaching of the Ishayas. These are simple and effective meditative techniques to use in these modern times. These tools are used to turn the mind inward toward one's inherent connection to Source, transforming mental stress into appreciation, gratitude and love.

The talk is an hour and we will discuss the benefits of meditation and how this practice can help you in your daily life. The chance to learn these techniques will be discussed as well.
