Introductory Capoeira Angola Class

Come for a beginner/introductory class in Capoeira Angola. We offer this for first timers on the first Wednesday of every month. Our group has been going strong here in Asheville since 2006 and we look forward to new faces jointing our community. All are welcome, all can do it! Great for the mind body and spirit.
