Join us for an introduction to the fundamentals and foundational moves of Lambada/Zouk with Jo Ryan.
By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:
* Perform the basic footwork both independently and with a partner
*Identify the rhythm and recognise music that can be used to dance Zouk
* Lead and follow travelling moves and simple turns
* Dance a basic sequence utilising the moves with a variety of partners.
The course is aimed at beginners/improvers or those with some experience in partner dancing.
