In this class, we will explore a brief history of Zen and the essential elements of Zen practice to give participants a hands-on appreciation for this ancient tradition. This course is highly recommended for anyone coming to Nebraska Zen Center for the first time. After completing this class, participants will be well-informed of the basics of Zen and are welcome to pursue further practice with the sangha at Nebraska Zen Center.
The fee for the class is $35.
