Overview
In this session you will be greeted with solfeggio sounds and sage incense. Once you are comfortably situated on your mat, you will be guided through a S.E.L.F Energy Clearing. Your clearing will prepare you for a trip into your subconscious mind where you will meet and explore your Divine Counsel via Hypnotherapy.
In order to prepare for this “voyage”, please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, journal or any comfort items. You may want to consider a sleep mask, for example. Bringing your comfort items will calm your physical S.E.L.F providing a safe “drift” that will hold space for an open experience. Once the session is complete, you will be asked to spend time journaling your experience and sharing, if you are comfortable to do so.
