Introduction to Women's Studies

Would you like to learn in a relaxed and supportive environment?

Do you feel that you need to increase your confidence and communication skills? Would you like to learn with other women, find your power, share your stories and learn more about women within Australia?

Our program will help prepare you for further study and work.

When: Starting Thursdays 5th May 2022 (10 weeks)

Time: Thursdays and Fridays 9:30pm-12:30pm

Where: Pooraka Farm Community Centre, 126 Henderson Rd, Pooraka

The program will include:

Building self confidence

Wellbeing and resilience

Planning employment pathways

Critical and creative thinking basics

Investigate women in Australia

Communicate Assertively (WOMCOM204 TAFESA)

Creche available please discuss when enrolling

Participants must be aged 17 years or over and not enrolled in school.

One on one mentoring is available to participant’s if required.
