How can a church become a sanctuary - a place where individuals living with mental health challenges feel safe, supported, and a sense of belonging?
Join us for dinner, the Introduction video of the Sanctuary Mental Health Course, discussion, and Q&A with licensed psychologist and director of healing ministry, Dr. Christine Williams.
The Sanctuary Course is for anyone who wants to learn about faith and mental health. It requires no previous training or expertise - just a willingness to engage in dialogue with other believers.
This event is free but registration is required for dinner head count.
This course and the film address sensitive topics. It is not recommended for people 17 years old or younger. Parents, youth ministry leaders, and others are invited to attend to learn more about how to support young people or how to bring the Sanctuary Course for Youth to their community.
