You will learn the signs and symptoms of serious mental illnesses in adults and how to respond to those having symptoms.
NAMI envisions a world where all persons affected by mental illness experience resiliency, recovery and wellness. Each individual experiences mental illness and recovery differently, and NAMI supports research, treatment and supportive services that address each individual’s needs.
This presentation is by NAMI FaithNet, an outreach for NAMI Northern Illinois. This event will be held in person and live on facebook.
Faith communities can be an incredible source of strength and support for individuals and families dealing with a mental illness diagnosis, so NAMI has developed an intentional outreach
designed to give more information about mental illness and about programs offered by NAMI.
No cost to attend and public is welcome.

If you need an accommodation to be able to participate in this event, please provide us 14 days notice by notify our office by emailing [email protected] or call 815-963-2470.
