Join us for a day of exploration and discovery as we delve into the Indigenous food revolution: Tempeh from Indonesia.
Tempe, the beloved fermented food and Indonesian art of fermentation has been a staple of Indonesian cuisine for over 500 years. At our event, we will explore the story and cultural significance of tempe, and learn about its many health benefits and culinary uses. We will delve into the intersectionality of food and culture, and discuss the importance of the cultural origin story of food for sustainability.

The event is hybrid, you can join the presentation online or on the spot at EOS Cares, You'll also have the chance to taste tempe from Kuno Tempe!

Food Saving Lund is an organization run by a group of people fighting against food waste by doing regular food pick-ups in & around Lund, storing it in food banks & sharing it among the community, as well organizing workshops & social events to raise awareness towards the environmental challenge of food waste.
