Introduction to Stained Glass with Pat Gerbisch

This entry level class will introduce students to the Tiffany style (copper foil) method of creating
a beautiful stained glass suncatcher. Following a demonstration of the basic tools and procedures, participants will have the opportunity to practice cutting and breaking glass before progressing on to assembling their own 5” x 4” Glass Monstera Leaf Suncatcher. All tools and materials are provided to complete the suncatcher. Students who do not wear glasses should bring a pair of safety glasses, and all students should bring a pair of scissors. Apron or smock is optional. All ability levels are welcome.
The workshop is held in the Museum Store second floor classroom - there is one flight of stairs.
