Create your own stained-glass lantern with the guidance of an experienced artisan. In this workshop you’ll learn to cut and grind glass, construct a pattern, and solder your final design using copper foil. No previous experience is necessary—just enthusiasm to explore a new skill! Whether you’re inspired by the vibrant hues and intricate designs of stained-glass windows or looking to explore a new artistic avenue, all skill levels are welcome in this introductory workshop. Program supplies are included in the cost of registration. Light refreshments will be served.

Créez votre propre lanterne en vitrail sur les conseils d’un artisan chevronné. Dans cet atelier, vous apprendrez à couper et à dépolir le verre, à élaborer un motif et à souder votre création finale à l’aide d’une feuille de cuivre. Aucune expérience préalable n’est requise, il suffit d’être enthousiaste à l’idée d’acquérir une nouvelle compétence. Les participants de tous niveaux sont les bienvenus dans cet atelier d’initiation, qu’ils soient inspirés par les tonalités vibrantes et les motifs complexes des vitraux ou en recherche d’un nouvel univers artistique à découvrir. Les fournitures du programme sont comprises dans le coût de l’inscription. Des rafraîchissements seront servis.
