This class is an experience that explores the therapeutic and healing dimensions of music and sound through live soundscapes and a variety of healing instruments.

As you get cozy, lay down, and close your eyes, sound therapy and energy healing techniques create an immersive experience that blurs the lines between wakeful consciousness and dreaming awake.

From within a landscape of sound and vibrations that synchronize with the natural rhythms of the body, mind, and planet, this experience is designed to nourish the nervous system, calm the mind, and open the heart. It offers the potential for self-care, deep inner inquiry, profound insight, and a greater sense of wholeness within.

PLEASE NOTE: Bring a yoga mat and any pillows/blankets for this class. The floor is concrete.

About the teacher: 

Serena Olsen is a health professional, world traveler, musician, educator, and training facilitator. She has been working with sound healing techniques and holistic education practices for the past 15 years. In December 2021, after 10 years of living in Southeast Asia sharing her work with a global audience, Serena returned to live in the USA to pursue an advanced educational degree. She is currently in the Master of Public Health program concentrating on Chronic Disease Prevention and Control at UTC.
