The workshop offers a gentle introduction to the practice of Shamanic Journeys. It is open to everyone interested in learning how to journey and access the path of direct revelation.Shamanic journeys are guided meditations that help us to expand our consciousness and awareness. Through the experience, we can explore and deepen our relationship with our Soul, the Earth, the Sky, and all of Nature.
The gifts of this ancient practice are many. We can reawaken our soul knowledge into the body and receive all the support we need. We can access a vision or guidance for the path ahead. We can raise our vibration, clear away dusty energy from our field, and much more.
During this experiential workshop, we will explore different ways to cultivate our innate capacity to journey and access direct guidance for our lives. We will explore how to create a sacred space, and connect with our guides and power animals.
The event will include some teachings and shamanic journey practices where we will explore this path through our direct experience
When: Sunday 7th April, 2-6pm
**Next date would possibly be on Sunday 21st of July, where we will be journeying with the 4 elements (TBC soon)
