Introduction to Shamanic Journeying

Join Elizabeth to learn about Shamanism and Shamanic Journeying! No prior experience is needed. All you need is an open heart and an open mind!
Shamanic Journeying is an ancient, intuitive practice that has roots across the world. Through journeying to the unseen realms, ancient medicine men and women could access wisdom, support, and healing for themselves and for others. While being a Shamanic Healer is a rare and special gift, access to the other realms and to their teachings through journeying is not restricted to a limited few. Rather, learning to journey is open to anyone willing to allow their consciousness to expand beyond the limits of the thinking mind!
In this educational workshop, Elizabeth will teach you about the multicultural history of Shamanism and provide an overview of the types of guides and teachings that can be found in each of the Four Directions and Three Worlds (or realms). After completing the theoretical part of the workshop, Elizabeth will then lead you through a guided journey designed for beginners.
Come learn about this ancient practice and explore your intuitive gifts!
