Introduction to Relational Therapy Workshop
Through creative psychotherapy exercises.
About this Event
This workshop is designed to provide a safe and supportive space where particpants can explore the dynamics of their relationships and gain a better understanding of their relational patterns.
During the workshop, Dan and Kathy will guide participants through exercises to explore their attachment style and how it plays out in their relationship. Participants will also have the opportunity to gain insight into the impact of life experiences and trauma on their relationship.
Dan and Kathy have many years of experience working creatively, psychodynamically and systemically with individuals and couples. In this workshop, they will provide collective exercises using the body and movement, as well as the opportunity to express oneself with voice, song, percussion and stories. Role-play and movement enactments will be offered to explore life experiences.
There will be time for reflective conversations, and although the sessions will be pre-planned, Dan and Kathy will also honour being in the moment and respond to the life and energy of the group.
This workshop is an excellent opportunity to meet others, have fun, and gain a better understanding of all your relationship dynamics. Don't miss out on this fruitful experience!
