Introduction to Reduction Lino Printing with Joanne Whitaker

Under the careful guidance of Jo, you will learn the technique of reduction lino printing and create your very own prints to take home.
About this Event

This method involves using one print plate and reducing the print area. Learn the basics of planning a lino print, learn to cut and make suitable marks, apply in, register prints and produce a small series of two colour image. Bring along a simple image you would like to work from.

You will be under the expert guidance of Jo, who will take you step by step through the process of reduction lino printing. This session is beginner friendly, but those with more experience will be able to hone their skills and gain useful insights!!

Please note - this workshop is suitable for beginners but they must be 18+
