Introduction to Patchwork Quilting

We look forward to welcoming you back to Breakdown Bolton this summer. This is a 4 week block patchwork quilting workshops with guest artist Nichola Smith as part of our 'Art and Mind 2024' project funded by Bolton's Funds.

No previous experience is required but a willingness to give creativity a go.

The dates are:

Monday 9th September 2024 - 11am -1pm

Monday 16th September 2024 - 11am -1pm

Monday 23rd September 2024 - 11am -1pm

Monday 30th September 2024 - 11am -1pm

All supplies will be provided. Hot drinks will be provided.

Enrolment: This course is funded by and is for anyone aged 18+, living Bolton's Funds with lived experience of mental illness. The course itself is not about mental health but to support people living with these things, through creativity, to pursue their artistic interests and talents.

Please let us know if you cannot attend a session with at least 24 hours notice so we can make the most of each place. Please only book if you can attend every session, if not speak to a member of the Breakdown Bolton team.

If the event is full, please join the waiting list as a place could be come available at any point.

Unfortunately, the rising cost of living, we will be asking for a £1 donation for each session. By making these sessions just £1 a session will help to keep Breakdown Bolton running. We are asking for a £1 deposit at the time of booking on and then the other £3 to be paid at the first session where possible.
